About the Role

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive our sales growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales or business development within the IT sector, showcasing skills in client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Identify and target potential business opportunities in the technology sector.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and proposing customized IT solutions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement marketing strategies that complement sales efforts.
Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts, analyzing market trends and competition.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking events to generate leads and build brand awareness.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while maintaining client satisfaction.
Work closely with internal teams, including technical staff, to ensure client requirements are met.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

  • Minimum of two years of experience in business development or sales in the IT industry.

  • Strong understanding of IT services and products.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
